Should you need to return an item to London Calling Boutique, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. You may return unused items in their original condition with tags attached for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

1. To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the packing slip you are returning. Note your reason for return.
2. Indicate if you would prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by noting the name, color, size and quantity.
3. If shipping address has changed, please include the proper address.
4. Pack and seal return securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D.s.

6. Please allow 30 days for your credit to appear on your statement.
7. Items discounted 40% or more can NOT be returned.

London Calling Boutique accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover. Unfortunately we can not accept cash, or checks. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday using UPS priority mail or UPS ground with delivery confirmation(whichever will get to you faster).

If an order is unavailable you will be notified by e-mail and will not be charged. To ship to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders.
